Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using InvoiceFlows. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use InvoiceFlows.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and InvoiceFlows™ ("InvoiceFlows", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using InvoiceFlows, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using InvoiceFlows on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use InvoiceFlows. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Each account is for a single user. You may not share your account or credentials with others.
InvoiceFlows may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your subscription under the laws of your jurisdiction.

You retain ownership of all invoice data, client information, and business data you enter into InvoiceFlows. By using the service, you grant InvoiceFlows a limited license to store, process, and use this data solely to provide the service to you.
You represent that you have the legal right to store and process your clients' personal data within InvoiceFlows, and that doing so complies with applicable data protection laws including GDPR where applicable.
InvoiceFlows is a cloud-based software service that helps freelancers and small businesses create invoices, manage clients, track payments, and monitor business performance through business intelligence and AI-powered insights.
InvoiceFlows includes AI-powered features including Pulse, Confidence Score, Client Radar, Business Verdict, Revenue Intelligence, and related insights. These features are designed to provide informational analysis of your business activity.
AI-generated recommendations, predictions, and insights are informational only. InvoiceFlows does not provide accounting, tax, legal, investment, or financial advice. You remain solely responsible for all business decisions, invoice actions, client communications, and financial outcomes.
InvoiceFlows makes no warranty that AI-generated predictions will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific business circumstances.
All software, source code, user interface designs, visual assets, logos, branding, business intelligence systems, scoring methodologies, AI-generated insight systems, algorithms, workflows, and proprietary technologies within InvoiceFlows — including but not limited to Pulse, Confidence Score, Client Radar, Business Verdict, and Revenue Intelligence — are the exclusive intellectual property of InvoiceFlows™.

The InvoiceFlows™ name, logo, and product experience are protected trademarks and intellectual property. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
You may not use InvoiceFlows to:
InvoiceFlows will treat your business data, invoices, and client information as confidential. We will not disclose your data to third parties except as necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, or as described in our Privacy Policy.
InvoiceFlows integrates with third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and email delivery providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. InvoiceFlows is not responsible for the conduct or availability of third-party services.
We strive to maintain high availability of InvoiceFlows, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or emergency fixes that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceFlows shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, missed payments, business interruption, or reliance on AI-generated recommendations.
InvoiceFlows' total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
InvoiceFlows is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that results obtained through the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InvoiceFlows™, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
You may close your account at any time from within the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or the platform.
Upon termination, your access to the service will cease. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Upon account deletion, your personal data and business data will be scheduled for deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request immediate deletion by contacting privacy@invoiceflows.app.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of InvoiceFlows will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the territory where InvoiceFlows operates. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform. Your continued use of InvoiceFlows after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
